We went to breakfast this morning and realised we could see Cotopaxi volcano from the elevator!
We walked into new town and visited the national museum which had ancient, Incan and more recent displays. It was EPIC! (Dad said it was fantastic.) It was much bigger and very different to the art gallery that we saw yesterday (Camilo Egas).
Later on we went on the TeleferiQo - a cable car that went from 3000m to 4100m!!! This was the highest any of us had been. You can see the whole of Quito sprawling below.
This is what I had for tea last night (Lyra). It's a typical Ecuadorian dish.
Even this far from home we managed to find a small cafe for lunch today which was showing the tennis, c'mon Andy!
